Trick Cyclist

Over the school summer holidays the Juniorette has learnt to unicycle. Many of her friends have been unicycling for a while but the Juniorette showed no interest, but after having a try on a friend’s unicycle she decided to learn. After 2 weeks she had pretty much mastered the basics, and now she can do curves, and go up and hills etc). Above is a photo of her on her Einrad. I keep on meaning to video her on it as a still photo doesn’t really do her achievement much justice. So all she has to do now is to learn how to tame lions in her autumn holidays and then she can join the circus!

I am starting to think that there isn't anything that Juniorette can't do. She is such a can do kind of kid. I love it. So many kids don't even try something new these days and here is your girl thrilling us all with her athleticism.
Go Juniorette!!!!!

YouTube is pretty convenient for blogging, you can send directly to the blog (seamless collusion between parts of the Google Empire!). But beware: the BBC reports that YouTube is beginning to introduce advertising in the videos.
I am off to Edinburgh on Friday for a tour, if you need me to smuggle anything back for you, let me know!

What about trapeze; juggling whilst on the unicycle at the very least? It's tough to get into the circus nowadays. Well, they certainly wouldn't accept me.
Right, half time's over - back to the footie..... 1-2 gegen Deutschland at new Wembley? Oh dear.

I think she should learn to juggle! I decided to teach myself a few years ago, now I can juggle 3 balls but no more. YoungerSon can ride his bike and juggle 3 balls at the same time. But we have never conquered more than three at one time. Juniorette should try it on the unicycle.

Wow! My sis got a unicycle when we were kids and I just couldn't get the hang of it. What a talented girl! That's quite an accomplishment. :)

Maribeth - If the Juniorette had the time she would try as many sports and hobbies as she could! :)

Vallian - I like youtube a lot. I've not tried sending straight to the blog. I'll try that next time. Thanks for the smuggling offer. I'll let you know if I need anything :)

Inactualfact - Juggling on a unicyle is definitely doable. Even though England lost I thought they looked a bit sharper at times than the normal dull edge! :)

Ex-shammickite - Juggling I think is an excellent idea. I tried it once and was totally useless! :)

Bajingofett - I had a quick try on the unicyle and found it quite impossible! :)

Wow, that's great. There are quite a few little girls in our town who ride around on their unicycles and I'm always amazed how good they are.
